Job Summary:
Responsible for the safe operation of heavy equipment at our landfill in Cold Spring for the purpose of spreading, covering, loading and/or compacting waste or soil in an efficient and safe manner.

Job Summary:
Give oversight to all accounting activities, administer checks and balances, measure company performance and assist in strategic long term planning and business development.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

  • Develops internal control guidelines, policies and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and other activities
  • Ensures compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards
  • Establishes and maintains financial controls with the accounting department
  • Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
  • Oversees and manages all AR and AP
  • Responsible for the company general ledger

Job Summary:
Manages the day to day operations of our construction & demolition (C&D) landfill and recycling center in Cold Spring and transfer station in St. Cloud and corresponding facilities. Both locations are within 22 miles of each other and regular travel between sites will be required.

Job Summary:
Perform all related tasks within the transfer and public drop center as needed. Help residential and commercial customers as they come in to drop off items, keep all work areas neat and organized.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Help residential and commercial customers by providing excellent customer service
  • Operate the transfer station: sort loads, load transfer trailers, etc.
  • Operate the recycle area: sort, organize and/or load recycle items (i.e. appliances, e-waste, etc.)
  • Keep yard, transfer, and recycle area very neat and organized
  • Balance the till (POS system) daily
  • Provide volume reports if/as needed (i.e. track how much volume goes in/out of transfer)
